The majority of the Developments we fund already have full planning permission. Occasionally we will raise funds to buy property with the intention of increasing the value by securing planning or enhancing the existing planning permission and if this is the case it will be made clear on the investment details. There are some circumstances where we will raise funds for a project that does not yet have planning permission and we will always make this clear and explain the situation so that you can judge for yourself the likelihood of securing planning.
